Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a behalf of a Greek group with an international footprint and a leading position in renewable energy, A Financial & Business Analyst.

The group covers the full project lifecycle, from development, engineering and construction to financing, operations and asset management, with more than 2,000 MW of solar projects designed and delivered worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models, business plans and P&Ls for new initiatives, including pricing, break-even and ROI analysis.

• Research market trends and benchmark best practices from comparable international businesses.

• Support the identification, evaluation and follow-up of potential partnerships and new revenue streams.

• Monitor budgets, revenue and profitability, and prepare regular reports for management.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Technical, Legal) to gather the information needed for each assessment.

• Prepare presentations and proposals for management and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business development, consulting or a similar role.

• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel. Power BI is a plus.

• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in how a business generates revenue.

• Good communication skills and comfort working with external partners.

• Very good command of Greek and English.

• Proactive, organised, able to manage multiple tasks.
