Corporate Account Manager
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a boutique corporate gifting company, a Corporate Account Manager.
The selected professional will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing corporate clients while supporting new business opportunities and contributing to the company's business development efforts. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, they will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities to expand client partnerships, and deliver tailored gifting solutions that align with each client's brand identity and business objectives. Working closely with internal teams, the Corporate Account Manager will ensure the seamless execution of projects, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the company's continued commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning
Support the acquisition of new clients by following up on inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, participating in client meetings, and preparing tailored proposals and presentations
Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing prospective client relationships, and supporting commercial growth
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to clients' needs
Process sales orders and quotations accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of client projects
Monitor account performance, proactively follow up with clients, and gather feedback to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify commercial opportunities and emerging client needs
Resolve client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Corporate Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing commercial role
Experience within corporate gifting, premium consumer goods, luxury products, hospitality, events, or related industries will be considered a strong asset
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development
Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Proactive, customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
