Organizational Effectiveness Manager
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a leading company in the retail industry, an Organizational Effectiveness Manager.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide organizational design governance and workforce structural planning, ensuring alignment between the company’s operating model, structural cost considerations, and HR systems integrity.
You will act as a key point of coordination for organizational change initiatives, safeguarding the integrity of the organizational structure within SAP SuccessFactors and ensuring all approved changes are accurately implemented and maintained.
This position requires a highly analytical and structured HR professional with strong organizational design expertise, capable of operating across complex, cross-functional environments. You will play a critical role in driving structural efficiency, supporting leadership decision-making, and ensuring data accuracy across organizational systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organizational design initiatives and ensure structural validation across the enterprise
Govern role architecture, ensuring effective layering and span-of-control structures
Assess structural cost implications of organizational redesign and transformation proposals
Own and maintain organizational structure integrity within SAP SuccessFactors
Validate, control, and oversee implementation of approved organizational changes
Provide structural analytics, reporting, and decision-support to senior leadership
Ensure alignment between approved headcount, organizational structure, and system data
Support continuous improvement of organizational efficiency and design standards
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning and restructuring initiatives
Identify structural inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize organizational design
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Organizational Effectiveness or related HR disciplines
Proven involvement in organizational redesign, restructuring, or operating model transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Organization & Position Management modules
Strong understanding of organizational design principles, workforce planning, and structural analytics
Advanced analytical and workforce modeling skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
High attention to detail and strong governance mindset
