Digital Marketing CRM Senior Manager
Human Factor is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing CRM Senior Manager on behalf of one of Greece's leading and most established private companies in the healthcare sector.
This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for leading the organization's digital marketing ecosystem, customer lifecycle strategy, and CRM initiatives. The successful candidate will drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty by optimizing every digital touchpoint across the patient journey. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the organization's digital marketing and CRM strategy across all digital channels
Lead the performance and optimization of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO and other acquisition channels), challenging and guiding external agencies to maximize results without necessarily executing campaigns directly
Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, marketing funnels, and digital touchpoints to enhance the overall patient experience
Identify, develop and optimize customer personas across multiple healthcare services, ensuring tailored acquisition and engagement strategies
Lead the development of CRM programs, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and personalized customer communications
Design and evolve a patient loyalty strategy to strengthen long-term engagement and lifetime value
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the digital patient experience across the website and mobile application, contributing to UI/UX optimization
Monitor digital marketing performance through dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and actionable insights
Manage and coordinate external digital marketing and media agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, accountability, and continuous optimization
Support data-driven decision making through performance analysis, customer insights, and reporting
Lead and develop one direct report while fostering collaboration across marketing and business teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Growth Marketing, or Customer Experience, preferably within a complex service environment
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, paid media, digital channel management, and performance marketing principles
Proven knowledge of customer lifecycle management, marketing funnels, customer segmentation, personas, and digital customer journeys
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing automation, and newsletter strategy.
Solid understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UI/UX best practices
Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable through performance-driven collaboration
Strong analytical skills with experience in digital reporting, KPI tracking, and campaign evaluation
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills in both Greek and English
