Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of one of Greece's largest and most established food manufacturing companies, with decades of presence in the Greek market and a strong production footprint, an experienced, driven, and committed Commercial Analyst.

The Commercial Analyst supports business planning and commercial decision-making by analyzing sales performance, forecasting trends, and monitoring key financial and commercial KPIs. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights, ensure accurate forecasting, and support budgeting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs

• Support the budgeting and planning process, including monitoring and analyzing variances between budgeted and actual performance

• Prepare and analyze commercial performance reports and KPIs, including sales, margins, growth, and customer performance

• Generate data-driven insights to support commercial strategies and business decision-making

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment in planning processes

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics; a Master's degree would be considered an asset

• Minimum of 4 years of previous working experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry

• Excellent working knowledge of SAP

• Proficient user of MS Office applications

• Highly organized, professional, and consistent mentality

• Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables in a timely manner

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit

What We Offer
