Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of one of Greece's largest and most established food manufacturing companies, with decades of presence in the Greek market and a strong production footprint, a Commercial Finance Specialist to join its commercial finance team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, numerically strong, and comfortable working closely with both finance and commercial teams in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role reports directly to the Commercial Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer database (onboarding new accounts, maintenance, and data updates)

• Reconcile turnover with distributors/agents

• Record and issue credit and debit notes

• Support the commercial team (sales representatives, supervisors, managers, KAMs, NAMs)

• Provide support to customers, distributors, and business partners

• Send electronic documents via EDI and myDATA (ΑΥΛΑ); resolve any related issues

• Manage and record monthly invoice discounts across all sales channels

• Support the X-Van channel (customers, discounts, invoicing)

• Manage indirect sales data (file uploads, data handling)

• Manage price lists (entering, maintaining, and updating prices, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; a postgraduate degree will be considered an asset

• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector

• Good knowledge of SAP

• Very good command of MS Office applications

• Strong organisational skills, professionalism, and consistency

• Ability to ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
