Personal Assistant to CEO
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of one of Greece's largest and most established food manufacturing companies, with decades of presence in the Greek market and a strong production footprint, a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
The successful candidate will act as a key partner to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of business priorities while also coordinating selected personal affairs with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, appointments, and daily priorities to ensure optimal time management
Coordinate personal appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, and other personal commitments
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and other executive documentation
Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications, correspondence, and requests
Track key projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and action items on behalf of the CEO
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
Utilize technology and digital tools to improve efficiency, organization, and workflow management
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential business and personal information
Exercise the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all matters
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives
Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Advanced calendar management and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems
