HR Administrator
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of one of Greece's largest and most established food manufacturing companies, with decades of presence in the Greek market and a strong production footprint, an HR Administrator to be based at the company's production facilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within the dynamics of an industrial manufacturing environment. This role reports directly to the Factory HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly payroll data collection and registration in Epsilon SCAN-HRMS software
Cooperation with the Payroll Manager for the accurate monthly payroll calculation
Ergani procedures in case of new hires, leavers, ending contracts, salary, overtime declaration and upload the weekly shifting and its changes and maintain monthly payroll / HR reporting needs
Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations
Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee onboarding, administering benefits, monitoring leaves, creating employee contracts, support on organizing annual staff events
Support the Plant HR Manager on recruitment administrations tasks (cv screening, interview scheduling etc)
Monitors efficiently all Health & Safety procedures and training for plant’s employees
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding payroll and hr issue
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role
Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon SCAN-HRMS)
Proficient user of Ergani System
Good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Critical thinking and problem solving and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English
