Regional Sales Manager – Exports
Human Factor is seeking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Exports to join the international commercial team of our clilent. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager – Exports, you will take full ownership of your assigned markets: managing distributor relationships, driving sell-in and sell-out performance, and ensuring our brands are properly represented across every channel.
While Key Account management in each country sits with the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the broader market — working hand-in-hand with local distributors and their sales teams to hit ambitious growth targets.
What You Will Do
• Manage and develop sales across assigned export markets (Europe, Balkans, UAE, Americas and more).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, monitor targets, evaluate performance and ensure adequate market coverage.
• Coach and support distributor sales teams to maximise volume and distribution.
• Develop and execute commercial plans per market — sales plans, promotional activities and product listings.
• Track sales performance, market trends and the competitive landscape, reporting insights to management.
• Negotiate commercial terms with distributors and trade partners.
• Represent the company at key international food trade fairs (e.g. Anuga, SIAL).
• Travel regularly to markets — approximately 2 weeks per month (50% of working time).
What We Are Looking For
Must-have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record managing international distributors.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (~50% of the time).
Nice to have:
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Arabic or German).
• Experience in food general.
• Familiarity with Europe, Balkans, UAE or Americas markets.
• Experience attending international food exhibitions.
