Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a leading Public Relations agency with a strong portfolio of clients across Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Hospitality, an Office Manager.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily communication and coordination with clients

• Preparing reports, updates, and presentations for clients

• Organizing and dispatching PR packages and influencer mailings

• Coordinating with courier and transportation companies

• Managing schedules, meetings, and office operations

• Supporting PR campaigns and ongoing client activities

• Maintaining databases, files, and internal documentation

• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks across departments

• Monitoring timelines and ensuring smooth project execution

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar role

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Professional attitude, flexibility, and team spirit

• Previous experience in PR, communications, administration, or office management will be considered a strong plus

• Experience coordinating logistics, shipments, or external partners is an advantage
