Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a leading European electronics company, an exceptional HR Business Partner to join the team.
About the Role
This is more than a traditional HR role. As an HRBP, you will be a genuine strategic partner — embedded within the business, deeply trusted by leadership, and directly influencing decisions that shape the organisation's culture and future. You will own the full HR agenda for your business units: from organisational design and workforce planning to employee relations and leadership coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior business leaders to co-create and execute HR strategies that drive organisational performance.
Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts, ensuring the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
Serve as the go-to advisor on complex employee relations matters — handling sensitive situations with judgment and care.
Champion talent development, identifying high-potential individuals and supporting meaningful career growth.
Coach managers to build their people leadership skills, from performance conversations to team dynamics.
Drive a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement across your business areas.
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and maintain impeccable HR governance standards.
Use data and HR analytics to provide insight, predict trends, and influence strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
