Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a leading European electronics company, an exceptional HR Business Partner to join the team.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional HR role. As an HRBP, you will be a genuine strategic partner — embedded within the business, deeply trusted by leadership, and directly influencing decisions that shape the organisation's culture and future. You will own the full HR agenda for your business units: from organisational design and workforce planning to employee relations and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to co-create and execute HR strategies that drive organisational performance.

• Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts, ensuring the right talent in the right roles at the right time.

• Serve as the go-to advisor on complex employee relations matters — handling sensitive situations with judgment and care.

• Champion talent development, identifying high-potential individuals and supporting meaningful career growth.

• Coach managers to build their people leadership skills, from performance conversations to team dynamics.

• Drive a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement across your business areas.

• Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and maintain impeccable HR governance standards.

• Use data and HR analytics to provide insight, predict trends, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering.

• Strong business acumen.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
