Business / Financial Analyst

Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, in the food manufacturing industry, a Business / Financial Analyst.

The selected professional will combine strong analytical capabilities with business and financial acumen to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to performance evaluation, financial planning, and the identification of growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and able to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts

  • Monitor KPIs and propose improvement initiatives

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and costing processes

  • Collaborate with departments (Sales, Accounting, Procurement, Production) on strategic planning

  • Identify trends and growth opportunities (enhancing P&L performance – top & bottom line)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

  • Excellent command of English

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (especially Entersoft)

  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis
