Financial Analyst

Human Factor is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and analytically strong Financial Analyst to join our clients' Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial operations across a group of hotel properties — overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and delivering timely, reliable financial information to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Be a part of the Finance team, supporting all hotel finance functions
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, with a focus on management reports on a month-end and year-end basis
• Support the finance management team in activities related to external auditors and third-party reviewers
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)
• Monitor capital expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and CAPEX plans
• Work closely with hotel operations and senior management to provide financial insight and decision support
Requirements
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset
• 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within a large hotel or multi-property group
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hotel operational teams
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
