HR Assistant
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a well-established and growing pharmaceutical company, a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee key administrative and HR-related operations.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys combining executive support, office management, and HR coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all office procurement activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and supply coordination.
Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including leasing agreements, renewals, maintenance scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (facilities, services, supplies, coordination with external providers).
Coordinate and manage the full onboarding process for new employees (documentation, equipment, welcome process, internal communication).
Maintain and organize all employee documentation and HR-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support HR administration processes and collaborate closely with the HR department when required.
Prepare reports and documentation for senior management as needed.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Deputy CEO, including full agenda management, calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-up on key action points.
Act as a trusted liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or HR administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
