Learner Experience Advisor
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client operating in the education and learning & development sector, a motivated and detail-oriented Learner Experience Advisor.
The selected professional will play a key role in shaping, advising on, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that are purposeful, engaging, and aligned with client needs. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about learning and development, enjoy advising on learning approaches, and thrive in executing projects with ownership and proactiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on learner experience design by contributing to the creation and refinement of learning solutions for interactive workshops and digital platforms (e.g. video content, gamified activities, e-learning, microlearning).
Translate learning objectives into effective content, delivering limited-scope proposals or learning materials with clear and relevant guidance.
Manage the execution of small-to-mid-scale learning projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
Ensure strong follow-through and proactive troubleshooting, identifying risks early and resolving issues before escalation is required.
Organize and curate workshop materials to support facilitators and ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Communicate with client stakeholders on operational matters related to project progress, scope, and contractual elements.
Engage with junior and mid-level client stakeholders, building trust through first-level problem-solving and clear communication.
Know when and how to escalate issues, while remaining proactive and solution-oriented.
Monitor platform usage and learner feedback, translating insights into practical improvements.
Continuously refine learning approaches, improving both internal processes and external learner experiences.
Propose and implement new ideas or solutions with limited guidance, demonstrating ownership and initiative.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Learning Design, or a related field.
Strong organizational and project execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and professional approach.
Proven attention to detail combined with big-picture thinking.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Experience in learning and development, training, or educational projects is highly valued.
Background or exposure to instructional design will be considered a strong plus.
