Customer Development Advisor
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client operating in the education and learning & development sector, a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Development Advisor.
The selected professional will play a key role in building and nurturing strong client relationships, supporting learning projects from initial briefing through implementation, and contributing to the overall growth and quality of client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive growth and retention.
Conduct thorough briefing meetings with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
Assist in the creation and implementation of proposals for learning and development projects.
Monitor customer feedback and project progress, collaborating with internal teams to address issues and continuously improve services.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer development activities and outcomes.
Support the planning and execution of customer events, webinars, and other engagement initiatives.
Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings and managing customer and company databases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience in customer development within HR consultancy, Learning & Development, or a related field will be considered a strong asset.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent command of the English language.
