Recruitment Consultant
Human Factor seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support a client project within the manufacturing industry for an initial six-month engagement.
During this phase, you will be fully dedicated to supporting the client’s recruitment needs. After the project concludes, you will transition to work directly with Human Factor across multiple clients and recruitment initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on recruiting, close collaboration with hiring managers, and the opportunity to grow into this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes during the client project period
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and interview candidates across relevant roles and disciplines
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Provide market insights and advise stakeholders on talent availability and hiring strategies
Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (in-house, agency, or consulting environment)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Fluency in English
Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills
Ability to work independently within a client environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong relationship-building skills, acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process
