Executive Assistant to the President
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client in the education sector, an Executive Assistant to the President.
The selected professional will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the President, ensuring the seamless operation of the executive office in a dynamic, high-visibility educational environment. The role requires exceptional communication skills, impeccable organization, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive matters while proactively supporting senior leadership and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, communications, and filing systems with unwavering confidentiality
Maintain a comprehensive flow chart of office activities and ensure timely follow-up on all ongoing projects
Serve as Recording Secretary for Board of Trustees and Executive Committee meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Coordinate all administrative matters for the Board, including scheduling, communication, and timely distribution of materials
Oversee Community Public Affairs, Outreach, and Alumni Affairs, and act as liaison to legal counsel
Prepare protocol lists, invitations, and event materials for major school ceremonies and gatherings
Support interdepartmental projects and provide guidance and mentorship to administrative assistants
Lead the preparation of the annual school calendar and handle educational questionnaires and institutional reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior executive support or high-level administrative role
Fluency in English and Greek, with exceptional writing and communication skills
Advanced computer literacy, including strong proficiency in digital organization and document management systems
Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with a polished, professional demeanor and a talent for building strong internal and external relationships
Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and operate independently under pressure
Discretion, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Initiative-driven mindset, resourcefulness, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
