Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a consulting firm specializing in Leadership Development and partnering with organizations in talent measurement and development, a Senior Learning Consultant–Trainer/Account Manager.

The selected professional will work with multinational and large Greek organizations to deliver impactful soft skills development programs that drive change, enhance leadership effectiveness, and strengthen organizational performance. This role combines training delivery, client relationship management, and project execution within a dynamic, high-impact learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training programs in management, leadership, and sales effectiveness
• Facilitate on-site and virtual learning sessions, ensuring smooth execution of logistics, materials, and schedules
• Monitor participant engagement and learning progress, providing feedback and adjusting delivery as needed
• Support the design and development of learning content aligned with client needs and objectives
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, and long-term collaboration
• Participate in business development activities, including client discussions, capability presentations, and proposal preparation
• Lead the execution of training projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and resources
• Apply adult learning principles and company methodologies to ensure impactful learning experiences
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging learning methods, and client-specific needs to continuously enhance delivery effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related field
• Master’s degree strongly preferred
• Proven experience delivering training programs in management, leadership, or sales effectiveness
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple commitments and meet tight deadlines
