Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, a Real Estate Portfolio Manager.

The selected professional will be responsible for maximizing the value, performance, and monetization of the real estate portfolio, while overseeing leasing activities, market analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio income and asset value

• Identify underperforming assets and recommend repositioning, leasing, or divestment solutions

• Coordinate new lease agreements and renewals to ensure high occupancy and optimal rental terms

• Negotiate commercial conditions with tenants while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance

• Conduct market research to identify revenue opportunities, investment prospects, and competitive trends

• Manage relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and other external partners

• Maintain accurate lease records, rental schedules, and payment tracking

• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate asset management, leasing, or property development

• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and commercial leasing practices

• Proven experience in negotiation, lease administration, and portfolio optimization

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to property management software is an advantage

• Fluency in English
