Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client, an leader organization in the energy sector, a Senior Payroll Manager . The selected professional will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, lead the payroll team, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant salary disbursements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
• Manage scanned employee records and digital documentation within HRMS systems
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company payroll policies
• Lead, train, and develop the payroll team to achieve high performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to resolve payroll-related issues
• Support audits, reporting, and departmental goals related to accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role
• Proven experience with Scan HRMS 
• Certifications in payroll compliance, tax, or related fields are a plus
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop teams
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
