Human Factor is seeking for an  Logistics Manager with manufacturing experience. You will be the backbone of our production and distribution network. This role goes beyond moving goods—it’s about orchestrating the entire flow of materials, components, and finished products across multiple facilities and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on logistics performance
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align supply chain activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics or supply chain management within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
