Human Resources Specialist
Human Factor is seeking on behalf of a client a Human Resources Specialist. The selected professional will play a key role in shaping the employee lifecycle, fostering an engaging culture, and supporting organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding

Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new hires integrate and contribute quickly

Support performance management processes: goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans

Foster employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with our values and business objectives

Administer HR operations: employee records, HRIS data, compliance with employment regulations and company policies

Collaborate with leadership and teams to identify opportunities for organisational development and change

Use analytics to track HR metrics and deliver insights into turnover, engagement, and workforce planning

Stay up-to-date with HR trends, workplace design innovations and new tools to redesign and strengthen our employee experience
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

Completion of a structured HR training course or equivalent practical experience

Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and general HR operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to support and influence across levels

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and metrics

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
