Project Management Specialist
Human Factor is seeking a Project Management Specialist. The selected professional will play a central role in planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet scope, time and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans including schedule, resources, budget and risk register
- Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress and drive accountability
- Conduct stakeholder management and communication
- Monitor project execution, track KPIs, handle change requests, and manage issues escalation
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies where appropriate to enhance project agility
- Perform project closure activities: evaluate outcomes, document lessons learned and ensure proper hand-off
- Use tools such as Excel and project management software to maintain data-driven oversight and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field
- Completion of a professional project management training program covering fundamentals, planning, risk management, Agile/Scrum, and tools
- Proven experience in project planning and execution (ideally 2+ years)

Strong knowledge of time, resource and risk management techniques

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and leadership of project teams

Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
