Digital Marketing Specialist
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client - a modern online learning platform - a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected professional will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies focusing on content, social media and SEO
- Develop high-quality content (posts, blog articles, short-form videos, visual assets) aligned with brand objectives
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn): content calendars, posting, engagement and growth strategies
- Conduct keyword research, optimise website content, support technical SEO initiatives and collaborate with developers when needed
- Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) based on KPIs and client goals
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare detailed reporting with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters and account teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Stay current with digital trends, emerging platforms, algorithm updates and new marketing tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Professional training in digital marketing (e.g., Digital Marketing for Beginners: Master Content, Social & SEO) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation and SEO execution
- Strong understanding of key marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, keyword research tools, CMS platforms)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Strong analytical mindset, creativity and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
