Client Success Specialist
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client - a company specializing in professional career development - for a Client Success Specialist.
The selected professional will be the primary point of contact for individual clients and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients (students, parents, and educational institutions) via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide accurate information about the company's' products, services, and educational tools
Record, track, and follow up on customer inquiries and support tickets through the company’s CRM
Guide new customers through onboarding processes and assist them in using the company’s digital platforms
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the overall customer experience
Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for process and service improvement
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or account management, preferably in B2B or educational services
Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools (MS Office /Google Workspace)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
Experience in customer onboarding or customer success roles
Exposure to SaaS products or digital learning platforms
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously in a
dynamic environment
