Senior Recruiter
Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client - a well-established company in the Greek retail electronics sector - for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The selected professional will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across retail and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business partners to understand current and future hiring needs
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and high-volume recruitment periods
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the talent market
- Monitor recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and propose improvements to recruitment processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent trends to inform hiring decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail or high-volume environments
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and employer branding strategies
- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment with high-volume seasonal hiring
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Experience building talent pipelines for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
- Exposure to workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives
