Operations Executive

Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client -a leading company in the electrical equipment and technology solutions industry- for an Operations Executive.

The selected professional will work closely with the CEO, supporting strategic decision-making, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization. This role combines strategic analysis and project management in an innovative business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with analysis, insights, and decision-making preparation

  • Consolidate information from different departments and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities

  • Track progress of strategic projects, highlight risks, and follow up on deliverables

  • Assist in developing performance goals, KPIs, and business growth strategies

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance

  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to internal processes and operational efficiency

  • Support in policy development and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations

  • Prepare regular updates and executive briefings for leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field

  • MBA or advanced degree

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic, analytical, or management support roles

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including data consolidation and presentation

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-departmental projects

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis/reporting tools

  • Experience in retail or large consumer-focused organizations

  • Background in strategic planning, business operations, and KPI/dashboard management
