Human Resources Manager
Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving human resources strategies. You will manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Lead performance management processes and support managers in employee development and growth.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support organizational development initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Maintain HR metrics, reports, and HRIS data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
